Chrome River's founders first contacted me back in 2011. Their growing company was due for an updated website to serve as a branding and marketing tool.

Our collaboration continued for many years after the initial success of the redesign. During that time, I led the company's design initiatives from ideation to implementation.
The next steps included updating all other touchpoints - email, stationery, imagery, and trade booths. The brand architecture expanded and gained more fidelity with each iteration.
We also tackled internal processes and digital tools. These allowed the team to make the most of its communications. We built a fully customized CMS and other third-party integrations, such as easy-to-use HubSpot templates.
A cohesive customer journey led to considerable increases in conversion rates. Working closely as a team, iterations and improvements never stopped.
