Nothing says "work in progress" more than a screenshot of your site's mockup in Photoshop. Fudge's (presumably) temporary site makes perfect use of that idea while still offering a healthy dose of interactivity. Got to love the attention to details and creative concept.

Even the simplest of changes done with increased usability in mind and based on proper testing data can increase web revenues by millions of dollars. What better way of proving that investments in usability pay off big time?

Jakob Nielsen makes the argument that masking passwords doesn't necessarily increase security but it does hinder usability and that could prove costly for businesses.
